Bill Andrew - DIRECTOR Senior Engineer BE(Civil) CMEngNZ CPEng Bill has been involved in the design of buildings for over 40 years and prides himself on thinking outside the square. Bills experience enables him to give clients innovated practical solutions. He is also experienced in Civil Engineering. Bill is used to being part of an integral design team, made up of other consultants to produce a quality economic solution for the client. In Bill's spare time you will often find him on the farm mucking in with the grandkids.
Steven King-Turner - DIRECTOR Senior Engineer BE(Civil) Hons CMEngNZ CPEng IntPE(NZ) Steven has been designing homes and Industrial buildings in the Nelson and surrounding area for over 27 years. He has extensive experience in residential homes. Steven has a direct practical approach and prides himself on making on site decisions which avoid building delays. Steven spends his time away from work on his lifestyle block - hence no spare time.
Shane Haydon Senior Engineer BE(Civil) Hons CMEngNZ CPEng IntPE(NZ) Shane has 27 years experience with Structural, Industrial and Civil projects with a particular focus on building structures and Seismic Engineering. He has worked in multi discipline offices over the years in Blenheim, London, Auckland and now back home in Nelson. When not at work Shane's supportive nature has him involved with his young families activities, any spare time there's always the mighty football team.

Specialists Draughting enables a swift turn around of your Structural Engineering Details. Tiffany works closely with the Engineers to analyse, design and prepare civil and structural drawings for council consents. She works alongside clients to produce drawings and reports to ensure your building projects progress. Work, study and a mum of a young family, Tiffany doesn't have a lot of time to spare.

Deborah is everything Administration. Just like buildings need good foundations, Deb is here at the ground level to give support to the team. With a background of Admin and Customer Service she is here to assist the team to ensure efficiencies. With the ability to deliver under pressure, Deb's support for the engineers ensures the best outcome for the client. With nearly grown children, she has plenty of spare time to spend being our self proclaimed "Hub".
